The Dissection of People
Throughout history, there has been a general cultural idea that the human body is sacred. After death, it should be mourned and buried. But what about our knowledge of medicine and anatomy? How can we learn and prevent future deaths if we do not know how we die or how our bodies work? Is it an acceptable practice to dissect humans to gain knowledge, or is it an abomination? These are the questions people have asked throughout our history.
